Edward specialises in environmental and health and safety matters, with an increasing emphasis on regulatory and policy matters alongside a substantial mergers and acquisitions based practice.

His recent work includes advising on:

• regulatory, permitting and liability issues in the waste disposal sector
• liability issues in relation to redevelopment of major contaminated sites
• issues arising out of implementation of EU Directives
• indemnity claims

Edward is head of our Environmental Law Unit. He is listed as a leading individual for Environment in both Chambers UK, 2008 and The Legal 500, 2007.
