Andrew is Head of our Financing practice and specialises in advising corporates and banks on all types of financing transactions. His practice covers general corporate loans, acquisition and bid financing, structured financing of various types, capital markets transactions and project and telecoms financing.

He is an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and is a member of the Association's Policy and Technical Committee. Andrew represents the Association in their discussions with the Loan Market Association regarding the LMA forms of loan agreement. He is also named as a leading individual in the Banking and Finance section of Chambers UK, 2009 and in the Bank Lending section of The Legal 500, 2008. 

Andrew has been involved in a large number of major financing transactions in the last few years, including major corporate loans, capital markets issues and structured finance transactions.
