Almost all commercial transactions have tax implications, and tax considerations will often affect and sometimes dictate the form of a transaction.

We have a highly experienced group of ten partners and around 30 other specialist lawyers who deal with the tax aspects of the full range of corporate, commercial and financial transactions.

• Tax Investigations and Disputes from initial queries to litigation or settlement
