Arsenal on the acquisition by Kroenke Sports Enterprises ("KSE") of a 50% shareholding in Arsenal Broadband from ITV plc (entitling KSE UK to an interest in Arsenal.com, which controls Arsenal's internet rights) and a partnership with the Colorado Rapids, a sports franchise owned by KSE, to build Arsenal's brand overseas and launch an Arsenal football academy in the US. 

England and Wales Cricket Board ("ECB") on its major five year Sponsorship and Kit Supply Agreement with Adidas (UK) Limited and general matters relating to the ECB's rules and regulations and the terms of employment of its centrally contracted Team England players.

Lend Lease on the development, real estate and financing aspects of the £2 billion Olympic Village at Stratford City, London for the 2012 Olympics.

Arsenal Football Club plc on all aspects of its on-pitch and off-pitch activities. This includes all player transfers, contracts and disciplinary proceedings and regulation, as well as all commercial and other sponsorship activities of the club. We advised on the financing and refinancing of Emirates Stadium and the real estate and construction matters in relation to both Emirates Stadium and the Highbury redevelopment.

Tottenham Hotspur FC on a number of player-related and other matters, including the settlement of the club’s dispute with Chelsea FC regarding former Tottenham Sporting Director Frank Arnesen.

Various investors on the purchase of professional football and rugby clubs.
