Employment law is constantly changing as case law and UK and EU social policy evolves. We regularly prepare cases for the Employment Tribunal and High Court and have taken cases to the Court of Appeal. Where appropriate our lawyers represent the client at the Tribunal.
The majority of employment disputes settle prior to a hearing and so the group has considerable experience in negotiating settlements and resolutions including through the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service ("ACAS") and, we anticipate, through the newly introduced dispute resolution procedures.
