Our in-depth knowledge of regulatory capital requirements for Financial Institutions and specifically banks, securities firms and insurance companies (including Basel II and Capital Requirements Directive requirements) enables us to advise on the structure of novel debt capital market issues and the regulatory capital treatment of particular transactions.

We have worked closely with a number of banking and insurance company clients in developing hybrid and other innovative capital structures and have also been actively involved in many securitisation transactions.
