We have been a leading adviser to participants in the international capital markets since their inception. Today our practice ranges from "plain vanilla" bond issues to highly structured products and encompasses stand-alone debt issues, debt programmes (including commercial paper and MTNs), equity-linked and credit-linked issues, high-yield bonds and repackagings.

We work frequently with the lawyers in our Financial Regulation group on capital raising exercises for Financial Institutions. The broad expertise of our financing lawyers makes us particularly suited to highly complex, structured transactions.
