We advise on the establishment of fund management businesses, normally set up by teams already known to us with significant financial backing.

Our role normally involves:

• settling the shareholders’ agreement that sets out the relationship between the managers and the financial backers
• establishing the fund management vehicle and assisting with its authorisation
• managing the licensing and establishment of the investment product
