Salary and benefits

We pay prospective trainees a maintenance allowance and cover tuition and examination fees for both the Graduate Diploma in Law ("GDL") and the Legal Practice Course ("LPC").

In addition, we award a £500 prize for those of you who achieve first class honours in your degree following acceptance of our offer.

Salaries for trainees as at 1 November 2008 are: 

• first 12 months: £38,000
• second 12 months: £43,000
• on qualifying: £66,000
