Social activities

We recognise our trainees' efforts and support various social events that they organise throughout the year.

Many of these events are organised by our Trainee Solicitors' Committee; a group of nine trainees elected by their peers to organise activities and parties at various venues around London. Nights out have included ten-pin bowling, pool competitions, a quiz night and a summer drinks party.

The Committee organises welcome drinks for new trainees - these are a good way for you to meet and ask questions in an informal setting.

There are also a number of firm-wide clubs and activities for you to participate in ranging from football, netball, sailing and softball to singing and art. There is an annual dinner dance for all members of Slaughter and May held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
